Lease now (end of Oct) or December

Greetings folks,
i'm in the market to lease a new car, i can wait for a few months, since my daily commute is not affected by this purchase. should i lease it now, or wait till end of the year to lease the same vehicle.

the current deal in my city, (Mass) is

500 down, 129 a month for 24 months. [with college grad discount]
MSRP - 26445
residual - 17404
