Blower fan stopped working

I have a 2002 Olds Intrigue and the blower was working just fine until last night. Blower just stopped working - no heat, no defrost. Checked fuses and they are all fine. It seems the fan motor stopped working. How can I determine if the problem is with the fan blower motor or the blower resistor module. In this car where are the blower motor and the blower resistor module. Thanks for the help.
