2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee MF and residual for NY?

Trying to negotiate a lease. I see many different MF and residuals on the forums but not sure which To go by. Are they different by state?

2015 jeep grand Cherokee altitude. 36mo, 12k miles.

I've seen MF of .00013 and a 58% residuals which looks attractive. Can this be presented to the dealers for negotiatiation? I was given a residual of 45%. Rip off. Not sure of the money factor. I believe it was around 0.002. Also bad

Jeep dealers often use banks other than Chrysler Financial, which are the only numbers we have access to.

The high MF and low residual is often offset by large rebates to lower the cap cost.
