Is the Infiniti AWD Q60 sport coupe safe for winter driving?

I live in the Chicagoland region and the winters can be pretty bad. I am thinking about buying a used 2014 AWD Q60 sport coupe. I really like the sport package that you can get but have concerns about the 19" tires. Supposedly, the vehicle I am looking at has all season sport tires. Front: 225/45ZR19 Rear: 245/40ZR19XL. Can I drive through the winter with these tires or would I need to buy a new set of rims and tires? I have been driving a 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse for the last 10 winters and I have not had any problems or accidents. How would the Q60 sport coupe compare to the handling of the Mitsubishi Eclipse? Any feedback would be appreciated!

19" tires are not ideal for winter driving, but if you have good tread on all-season tires and AWD, you should do at least as well as you did in your Eclipse.
