Can cold affect the electronics?

This morning I started my car and all the lights were flashing and when I started my car when it was warmer it was fine

    Temperature changes can have an impact on semi-conductor devices and result in odd behaviors when hot or cold and not at other times. Part of diagnosing an issue like that would require experiencing several events and confirming the temperature that the system has to be above or below for the trouble to occur. Then testing has to be planned out and ready to perform while the conditions are correct and the problem is occurring.

    How old is your battery? May want to get it load tested. Colder weather can affect marginal ones, and marginal batteries can do weird things to your electronics.
