  Temperature changes can have an impact on semi-conductor devices and result in odd behaviors when hot or cold and not at other times. Part of diagnosing an issue like that would require experiencing several events and confirming the temperature that the system has to be above or below for the trouble to occur.   How old is your battery? May want to get it load tested. Colder weather can affect marginal ones, and marginal batteries can do weird things to your electronics.
