Hi, I live on Long Island (NY) and this is my 1st time leasing a car, so would you please advise if the following is a good deal.
Demo BMW 328xi
MSRP: $36,887 (Original MSRP $46,540)
Miles: 2905
Cash on delivery: $1,700
Breakdown:
1st payment: $369
Security: 0
Cap Red: $985.52
Tax on cap Red: $85
DMV Fees: $100
Fuel Surcharge: $65
Tire Fee: $10
Insp Fee: $10
Doc Fee: $75

15,000 miles per year for 36 months.
The payment of $369 includes taxes. I must sign the deal by tomorrow, or the dealer might pull back.

Thank you so much!

I wonder if $36,887 includes the tax and acquisition fee? Sure looks like it.
If it were me, I'd just pay the 1st payment and fees upfront, and take the bump up to $400/mo, and keep that extra $1100 in your pocket.

It looks like a very good deal, but don't let the dealer pressure you on time. The current programs are good through the end of the month. The risk in waiting on a demo is that someone else might purchase it while you are thinking about it.

That said, if this is the car you want, go get it.

Did you get a good deal? Be sure to come back and share!
