    Of course they're going to have the highest scores of keeping their clients happy... Isn't Porsche also the most profit-making auto manufacturer as well?

    Yes, when Porsche can charge $1,000 for Sirius radio in their vehicles, you have to do everything in your power to keep people happy along the process...perhaps pump some ether in the air or spike the coffee so people don't realize that what they are paying exuberant monies for comes standard in a Scion.

    I suppose people need to be made to feel special when they buy. Me, I only need a price and a reasonable attitude. No balloons required :)

    But hey, given the economy, you gotta do what you gotta do to close the deal I guess.

    Oddly enough, MINI doesn't do very well in the reliability indexes.

    Yea, it's a very specific ranking. People like HOW they buy them.

    A $1000 radio accessory or $2500 clock or $900 color matched seatbelts doesn't matter as much when a decently equipped 911 is well into 6 figures these days. The customer base has plenty of money in this new belle epoque - treat them well, and they will respond.
