Received lease quote for Mazda CX5 GT AWD for New Jersey need to know if good deal.
MSRP 32285 negotiated price of car 31194, not sure of money factor used he said .00001, you had previously indicated .00013, said residual 61% you indicated residual 56%, putting 1500 down, 7% tax for NJ, he gave me a lease monthly price of 339 monthly with tax/tags/etc included

November numbers for 2016 CX-5 GT AWD:

33/15 - 58% and .00001
36/15 and 39/15 - 54% and .00013

Add 2% for 12K, 3% for 10K. $500 lease cash.

Residual cannot be modified, but MF can be marked up by the dealer.

Could it be he gave me lease residual of 61 % on October 31, per your comments 2% lower for November, but that would make residual 59% for November on Mazda CX GT AWD, and you quoted 56%,i am a little confused, and I know you said residual is set by finance company per month. Please help, thank you!
