MSRP of Mazda GT CX5 AWD $32,285, Net Cap Cost( negotiated price of car $30,310- $500 lease cash - $1,500 down payment + $595 acquisition fee) = $28,905, residual 56% = $18,080, if money factor is .00013 for 36 month/12,000 miles I get $306.80 + $21.48 (7% tax)=
$328.28 monthly lease payment including tax without tags/etc
Dealer gave me guote price of $339 includes tax/tags/reg
Is this a good deal or can I do better, this is my first time leasing.
I feel that I should be able to do a little better, please can you verify my figures. Thank you

I am thinking of getting a CX-9 Touring with an price of $33448 with rebate of 2525 resulting in 30923; to this will be included the MA tax of 6.25% (about 900), acq fee of $595, doc fee 354 and title/reg: 133-so essentially zero down; My total monthly payment is coming to about $390 for a 39 month with a MF of .00010. is this a good deal??? THANKS AXB
