Mazda CX5 GT AWD for NJ lease cash for November

A dealer just sent me an email saying that Mazda announced an additional $500 lease cash for end of November sales. So would this be $1000 lease cash total, or is he not correct, only $500 lease cash for November. Thank you for your reply.
