I would like to find out if the monthly payment rate quoted by the dealer is reasonable.

Here is the following info about the MDX I am leasing.

2016 MDX AWD Tech & AWP
MRSP 52131 (includes dealer installed accessories)
Final Agreed Upon Price $48,000
MF .00044
Lease term 10,000/year for 36 months
Monthly payment $575.86
Down Payment $2,000 (due at signing)

Hard to say. We need the MSRP before accessories, as those are generally not residualized.

.00044 is the correct MF and the residual is 59% for 36/10

I get $525/mo. + tax, assuming the sale price is the CAP cost.
