Hi there. Any input would help as I'm going to get the vehicle tomorrow and sign paperwork!

2016 Audi Q5 2.0 premium plus with tech package.

Is this lease deal too good to be true?
$1800 due at signing
$539/month including tax
36 months
10k miles/yr.

This sounds way too good to be true because with other dealerships, monthly payment was closer to $600 with everything else the same.

Input would be very helpful. Thank you.
