Lease Info - 2016 F-Type S Coupe?

I was wondering if anyone could provide the December terms (MF / Residual / mos) for a 2016 F-Type S Coupe. I'm particularly looking for the lowest mileage for a 36 or 39 mos. lease. I would even go lower in mos., but I don't believe it is offered or would have a negative pricing impact. Just looking for the best deal overall.

    Manual: .00211 MF and 65% residual for 39mo, 5K/yr
    Auto: .00197 MF and 64% residual.
