Buy out leased JX35 or lease new QX60

Hi! My JX lease is about to end and I had decided to buy it because I am way under my mileage, buyout is under market value and I am very happy with the car. The dealership is trying to get me to lease a 2015 QX60 with the following deal- Loaded with MSRP of $57825 Residual of $32185 39 months/12k miles Inclusive Monthly payment of 598.23 No money down 3 year maintenance plan and all weather mats included We are in Alabama Any suggestions???
