I rather doubt any aftermarket ready-to-fit turbos are available, but I'm sure you could customize a turbo to work. Problem is, that won't be cheap and even if you get it done for a reasonable cost, you have to keep in mind that a turbo will exploit any and all weakness in your engine. So if you have old bearings, or an aging headgasket, the turbo will find those and do its worst.
Very often, older engines are rebuilt and strengthened internally before a turbo is added. That might include new rings and bearings, lowering of compression, and stronger head bolts.
