Car charger output

Does anyone know the output of the 2014 Rogue SV? Even when I plug in Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 chargers, the charge speed is extremely slow. It seems that it is not actually charging rapidly but every other car I put the charger in it charges fine.

    Most car chargers put out 9V-12V, but not all devices can handle the variations, and might only charge at the lower voltage. Actually it's the wattage that's important, the volts X the amperage. The only way to solve this, if you were good in electronics, is to access the car's battery directly.
