Towing for 6500-7000#?

Hello Everyone I'm purchasing a large Spartan trailer and have a potential towing weight of up around 6500-7000#. This trailer I will be using for running my business out of it and taking it to events to sell merchandise throughout the year. I am needing to purchase a truck for transporting it to the events. Can I get everyone's input on what the best "USED" truck would be for supporting these travels. I would like to be under 15k if possible. Thanks everyone for taking the time to give your kind input.

    Does that 7,000 lbs include the weight of the trailer and everything in the cab and the bed?

    Yes, I believe so. It's all included in the 7000# quote they gave me.
