Model release dates for 2017 Grand Cherokee

The 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee have just been released for purchase. I have a 2015 summit and I am thinking of buying 2016 as I usually buy the new model every year. However since the 2016 were released late I am wondering when the 2017 models will be released. The last time Chrysler did this, the next year models were released in September of the same year - 9 months after the release of the earlier model. I understand the 2017 models is supposed to be a redesign. Anyone have any info on whether Chrysler will maintain the September 2016 release date for the 2017 Grand Cherokee?
