Toyota poor service

Highly suggest you steer clear of buying a Toyota. Spent $5k more on a new 4 runner over a comparable Ford or Chevy. Spent $40k for the vehicle plus $2400 for an extended warranty. 6 months and 6k miles later the vehicle is in the shop for a $4k repair that Toyota refuses to warranty even though the part fails so often that it is back ordered for three weeks. So my brand new car is out of commission for a month and cost $4k to repair. Definitely the last Toyota I will ever purchase.

    Tell us more about what part is being replaced and what reason is given for it not being in warranty, please. Seems like from your tag it has something to do with NAV?
