Error code problems

i have error codes p0513 and p0627. i cant find what they are. can any one help me? it currently killed power to power windows,blower,radio,wipers, pretty much all accessories.

    i did check all the fuses under the hood and i DO NOT have another fuse box under the dash anywhere..

    To diagnose the electrical failure you need a scan tool that will access the front control module. The front control module is the fuse block assembly under the hood. Power for the windows and the blower motor comes directly from relays in that module.

    The two trouble codes P0513 which is invalid SKIM key and P0627 fuel pump relay circuit would need investigated separately. While the fuel pump relay is in the front control module as well as the accessory relays, a link to why the SKIM code set isn't obvious. By chance did you have a spare key and try it that maybe hasn't been programmed to the car?
