Hey guys so I got quoted for a vehicle here in St. Louis with an MSRP of $582 a month with taxes for 27 month/10k miles. The vehicle has an MSRP of $45,890

Curious what are the current MF and Residuals for 27 month/10k miles and how are these values affected if I was to simply pay the entire lease all at once?

Also curious how the lease numbers look for the 2016 RC300 under the same 27 month/10k miles

Not familiar with the Lexus single-pay lease program, but most programs provide for a lower money factor. The lease is calculated with the lower MF, and the payments are added up to get the single-pay amount.

RC300 = .00125 MF and 70% residual for 27/10
