Bought our Impreza January 2015.
Not long after, we noticed that the driver's side armrest had deep dimpling, like pock marks, and the arm rest in the centre had a deep indentation across it. Almost as if it had been hit with an axe.
After much complaining by us, Subaru reluctantly agreed to repair the problem areas, and did.
Now the problem is back and they are saying that it is our fault. There is nothing wrong on the passenger side and my husband and I both drive the car.
We don't need to use chemicals to clean the inside.
Wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem......
