CPO car not as advertised, what to do?

At the time of purchasing the car from Mercedes of Sugarland in Texas, the salesman informed us the car came with a full set of run-flat tires, which is why there was no spare tire included. Fast forward ~9 months later, the car has a flat tire. While it is being driven to the nearest tire store, the entire tire comes apart, and it has to be towed to the tire store, where they tell us these are actually regular tires, and not run-flats. For the time being, we purchase a regular tire to replace the flat one while we contact the dealership. Dealer says "on record, your tires are supposed to be run-flats; bring it in and we'll see what we can do." Go to the dealer, they agree that the installed tires are indeed regular, and the salesman was mistaken. We asked for a spare tire for emergency cases, but they said a spare wouldn't even fit in the trunk since it's a small car (2015 CLA 250), and a tire repair kit is provided for such cases. Unfortunately, the service manager couldn't guide us any further from that. We've called the dealer several times to rectify this mistake, but have not received any word back.
While we don't necessarily require run-flat tires (we're perfectly fine with regular ones, if it came with a spare!), we're mostly upset the price tag does not reflect the product, and the dealer isn't making much attempt at fixing this error.
Comments and suggestions on what should be done next are greatly appreciated!

You might contact Mercedes corporate if the dealer fails to satisfy you.
