    What is the buyout cost at the lease end?
    My opinion is monthly sounds good but you can negotiate the downpayment ... try to make downpayment $1500 or less.

    If the selling price is the CAP cost, I get $269/mo.+tax. so, depends on how much of the $2719 is going to CAP cost reduction.
