How to smooth out rough paint job on bumper?

Hello all,

i recently had some bumper repair work done on my car and to say the least it doesnt look appealing,

i am not a professional by anymeans and i think I got scammed on craigslist.





i was told to wipe off the excess carnuba wax a day after the job and it still looks like this.

any tips on what i should do next to smooth this out?

polish? or wax?

i would just like it smooth again.

Looks like the paint is "checking" due to bad prep work or incompatible materials or wrong primer. Not much you can do about that. The only solution is to sand it down completely smooth and start all over.
