Leasing a 2016 Lexus RC 200t

I live in Southern California and I want to lease a 2016 Lexus RC 200t. Using Edmunds pricing tool, the cost of the car given the options I want, is around 43,000. I want to lease the car for 36 months, zero down, and 15K miles/month. I'm trying to figure out what would be a reasonable monthly payment. It seems Lexus has a sale event until the end of March. I would like to know the residual, money factor (my FICO score is high), and any incentives they might have from Lexus. I would appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this.
