What is causing new clutch not to engage?

    Could be lots of things---bad hydraulics, wrong clutch plate, plate in backwards, crack in clutch lever arm. That's a real drag to have to go back in there on a Mini. Sorry to hear that. Have you bled out the hydraulics and checked all external linkages?
