    You meant the Lexus IS200t, correct?

    Without knowing the cap cost, it's hard to evaluate your deal.

    What state and tax rate is this?

    36/10 residual is 63%. MF is .00070. $500 lease cash.

    Can't really tell you if it's a good deal or not without the cap cost. Dealer should be able to provide that; just call and ask them.

    If they don't want to share that number with you, it's possible this isn't a dealer you want to do business with.

    Are you really seeing MF of .00070? Is that not only 1.68% APR? Thank you for your input.!

    I get $432/mo before tax with your prices so if your quote is $418 with tax, you're looking good.

    Hankster, i think you can get your cap cost down to at least $40K, We just leased one, in Florida, and the cap cost was about 5K below MSRP. We did have a $500 rebate and they gave us an additional $1000 for switching from Audi.
