the front pump seal in tranny keeps blowing out I replaced it with a good seal, and serviced it at the same time
while driving around town its fine but when I put a load on it, it blows the seal what could cause that much pressure

Maybe the transmission vent is clogged or you could have a bad bearing...perhaps front pump bearing--causing the converter to move around and wipe out the seal. Maybe even a cracked flywheel? Hard to say without taking it down and having a very close look at everything.
