Paint chips all over car. Top sides front and back

I just bought a lexus is 350 f. In metallic silver. It is maybe a month old and has about 600 miles on it. It has also been garaged. I just found paint chips all over the car down to the metal. Top,sides,back,front,and top of car. It has the clear plastic wrapping. Does anyone else know of these paint issues? NOT HAPPY.

    What "plastic wrapping"? You mean clear vinyl wrap?
