Lease Question - Lexus Financial Services

Hello I am new to the forum, but I have applied twice to Lexus Financial Services for a lease transfer & been denied twice.

I am applying one last time hoping I don't pass up on a great deal for a lease transfer.

I have Tier 4 credit, 640 or so & make $4500 a month with a steady job.

The first time I applied, I applied by myself no cosigner. Denied

2nd time I applied, I applied with my spouse who has Tier 1 credit & makes $2000 a month from her steady job, but she is younger than me by 2 years. Denied

My last time I'm hoping to get this right. I heard from other people's experience Lexus Financial Services are very strict. So I'm hoping to get it right the one last chance I have with this deal & dealer. I would break my heart to not see this go through. Does anyone have any ideas, options, friend who works there? I'm open to hearing any suggestions.

Thank you

I don't think you are going to get a different result. From LFS viewpoint, they now have a customer with good credit that has agreed to a lease. That person likely got top-tier rates, in accordance with their good credit. Why would they then agree to a lease transfer that gives them more risk (lower tier credit), but at the same rate they agreed to, with the first customer.

You should give up on lease transfers. It's only for those with top tier credit.
