Need Help w/2016 Malibu Limited Lease

Looking to lease a 2016 Malibu Limited LTZ...MSRP 33,470...is a demo with 2,200 miles so dealership giving a 5,570 rebate for the miles...question what current offers are there and how much should I be looking in monthly payments if it was a 24 month lease with 15k miles per year. Help is greatly appreciated as I'm new to leasing and have no clue what I should be looking for, I am in Texas.

    .00040 MF and 60% residual, if it had zero miles. Not sure how much the current mileage will drop the residual. The lease cash on this car is $4085, assuming it qualifies for a new car lease.

    Not knowing the adjusted CAP cost and actual residual, it's hard to calculate the payment. Be aware that you pay tax on the full selling price in Texas, even on a lease.
