Which state?

$700 is the base Lexus acquisition fee.
$489 seems like a high dealer fee to me, but those in Florida would think it's a bargain.
Why put so much cash down, other than the MSDs?

It's an average deal. The base MF is .00070, and it appears they are marking that up, to .00110, before giving you the benefit of the .00072 reduction for the 9 MSDs.
