Hello, can you please provide the residual and money factor for a 2016 CX-5 Touring AWD in Northern NJ for 3 years and 36k miles?

Hi, Thanks for the quick response. I was just able to get the finance manager on the phone from my local dealer. He gave me the same residual value you did, but said that the money factor is .00051. How do I confirm which is correct? Also, he didn't mention anything about the $500 lease cash. Is there something I can point him to to make sure I get that incentive?

Mazda allows their dealers to mark up the MF .00050. Do the math. 

Tell him you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. He knows what the base rate is. 

The $500 is s factory to dealer incentive. Use the knowledge to make your best deal.
