2016 Rogue - Door window exploded

After 10 days owning my 2016 Rogue, my wife parked her car at work. An hour later she was informed that her car left rear door window had exploded. No one hurt, no signs of vandalism. Police came and final report also concluded no sign of vandalism. Called dealer and , without hesitation, replaced the window at no cost and provided a loaner car. Obviously some sort of flawed manufactured installation. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Who should I report this to, Nissan, some agency etc.

If the dealer reported it under warranty, then Nissan already knows about it.

Happened to me last night. 2015 Rogue... driving with my 2 kids in the back. Front passenger window exploded. Pulled over called police. I thought I was being shot at so scary. No sign of vandalism or criminal activity. Luckily no one was hurt. Had it fixed at a glass company today. Decided to Google the issue and this came up. It was very scary and I thank God my kids weren't hurt. There was glass all over the road and on the inside of my car.

I had the same issue yesterday with my 2017 xtrail, is the same as the Rogue, only in Mexico is Xtrail, I was park in HEB and then the front left side window exploited, no sing of vandalize, it only exploded, not all the glasses fall, it was scary, I had my 4 year old daughter in the back, lucky she was a sleep. I will take it to the dealer to have it check.
