Lexus RX350 Lease is this a good deal in NJ ?

Hey guys can anyone tell me if this is a fair price on a new RX350 lease ? Trading in my 13 Rx350 lease 5 months early (and over about 11k miles). They are paying the final 3 months and I have to pay $3867.97(overage plus two months payment) for payoff. The deal they are giving me on the 16 RX is

Why not ride out your current lease? At the end, you'd only be responsible for the mileage overage.

Or, trade the car in. Find out the current payoff value and trade value - use the "real world trade in values" discussion here at Edmunds to help. That might be less painful than trying to end the lease early.

Or, trade the car in. Find out the current payoff value and trade value - use the "real world trade in values" discussion here at Edmunds to help. That might be less painful than trying to end the lease early.

Wanted to upgrade to the new 16 because I would have to get new tires, do a service etc on the 13 so the actual cost of buying it out (2months+ mileage) vs the service cost of keeping it for the 5 months isn't much difference and I would keep accruing overage on my miles. Does that sound like a good price or is am I paying to much for it? Do you have the new money factor for may ?
