Looking for lease info for Maryland or DC for XLE premium

I'm in DC but likely leasing the car in Maryland (not sure which state is relevant for the numbers). It would be an XLE premium or an XLE.

what is MF and residual for 36 months for each of these? anyone out there with experience getting a Sienna in April/May?

    .00001 MF and 54%/56% residual for 36 mo, 15K/yr. (XLE-P/XLE)
