BMW X5 Lease
Hi All,
Spec'ed out a 2016 X5 3.5i RWD:
$66,845 MSRP
-$4,000 Discount
$62,845 Sale price
$2,000 "Airbag Rebate/Incentive"
$3442 Trade in equity
Fees:
$66.50 Taxable Fees
$589.00 Doc Fee
$42.61 Tax
$200 Non Tax Fees
10k / yr - $779 (all in)
12k / yr = $798 (all in)
My (and BMWUSA's) calculations show it should be around $100 less a month.
The dealer isn't showing me any residual or money factors and I think they are playing with the money factor. I will be asking for this information on Monday.
Any insight would be great. Thanks!

That's a nice big doc fee, but typical for Florida dealers.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost. And, reconcile that with the other numbers given. You don't have all the numbers, it seems. For instance, no mention of the $925 acquisition fee.
