2016 Honda Accord EX, CVT lease

My wife and I started looking for a car, this will be our first car, we have excellent credit and are looking for a 36/12 lease. What's a good total price for this car? I'm thinking we can probably get it for $23,500 with a residual close to 60%? Are my numbers ok or are they unrealistic?

The numbers for the Accord EX are .00038 MF and a 36/12 residual of 57%. The residual is set by the bank and is not negotiable.
