Can someone please let me know what the current money factor (and residual if you have it) should be for a 36 month, 7.5k miles lease in Texas on a 2016 IS200T F Sport?

    36/15 - 58% and .00110

    Add 2% for 12K

    We show $3000 lease cash, but could be a different amount in Florida.
