Honda Financial Services Customer Experience Impressions

I am considering leasing a 2016 Honda Civic. I would be interested in folks experience with Honda Financial Service (HFS) during and at the end of the lease. Net, was it a good or bad customer experience? Would you do it again with HFS? Thanks.

    We leased four different Honda/Acuras. Smooth experience, each time. That's been awhile, but that seems to be the consensus opinion from other Edmunds' members.
