Can anyone assist with pricing on a new purchase of a 2016 Lexus ES 350 in the Tampa Bay Florida area?

Invoice is $36,638, including destination but no options. TMV is typically $500 less on this model for your area but there's a $3,000 incentive right now, making the average price paid $33,137.

So $33,137 is your target number to beat, and being Florida, you have to watch out for the usual excessive "doc" fees down there.

I'm looking for one with navigation so that appears to put the msrp in the $44-$46 range. So I'll figure in the $3k incentive with my offer.

Total MSRP: $41,375

Do you think offering $37,000 before incentives is reasonable?

Customer Cash Adjusted True Market Value with the current $3,000 incentive is $34,823. So, $37,823 before the incentive.

Invoice on this model is $39,277.

Since TMV is an average, someone must be paying $37,000 before the incentive. You may as well try to lower the average too. Seems reasonable to me.
