Finding it hard to match terms of my previous lease

Hi Michaell (and anyone else who has good insight),
My lease is just ending on my 2014 CT200h w/Navigation. I'm in Southern California and was able to get fantastic terms the last time around. I'm trying to either get the 2016 version of the same car or any other Lexus model (IS, NX, etc) at (or close to) the same terms and am finding it practically impossible. What do you think is the best deal I can hope for with zero drive-off?
Here are the terms I had for my 2014 CT200h w/Nav: 24 months, 12k miles per year, $0 down, $318.51 total per month including tax.
Thanks!

The CT200h has a pretty good lease program, but nothing for Lexus is good for 24 months. You'll have to go for 36 months.
The GS200t has $4650 lease cash, but that's a much more expensive model.
