93 Wrangler 4.0 air conditioner will not cycle

Straight wire to battery it kicks on. Jump the cycle switch nothing.

    You should check refrigerant level first of all, as the clutch will not engage with low pressure.

    Then you should check the AC relay and the AC fuse.

    If you strike out with those simple checks, then you should get ahold of the wiring diagram for the car.
