Rear end clicking noise when backing up, 2016 CR-V

I have recently noticed a faint "click....click....click" sound coming from the rear when I'm backing up. The timing of the clicks seems to coincide with the rear wheel rotations. Once I drive forward, the sound is gone. Any thoughts?

    You probably need to run the car on a lift to identify a noise like that.
