Is this a fair lease, 2017 Volt LT

The MSRP on one I was looking at is $35,500. To pay for tax, title, license, dealer fees and keep the $299 advertised lease payment I would need to put down $4300. I'm in Florida. They quoted a 49% residual which after the 39 month lease that would be $17,395. Is this a fair price?

If the lease is 39/10, then the 49% residual is correct.

Florida dealers are famous for very high dealer fees. Over $400/mo., once you factor in the upfront payment, doesn't sound like a very good deal on a $35K MSRP vehicle that comes with a $4600 incentive.
