428i GC 2016 lease payment

Hey Guys,

So I want to lease the GC 428i which is pretty much loaded and this is the price the dealer is giving me.

MSRP = 52875
Selling Price = 49725
Residual = 62%
MF = .00138
Term = 36/10k

They are coming at me with $633 including tax with 3k out of pocket which to me is a ripoff. What are reasonable numbers with just inceptions etc out of pocket ~1500.

Money factor and residual are correct.

$584/mo.+tax, if the adjusted CAP cost is the same as the selling price.

What state and tax rate?

Florida and tax here 7%.

so 584 + tax with 3000 out of pocket seems fine ?

$925 acquisition fee
1st payment
Title/license fees

Whatever that adds up to.. (watch out for huge Florida dealer fees)

That's fine but that shouldn't add up to more than 2k .. At least no reach 3k

I just got new lease pricing on same car.. 599 including tax with 2.5k out of pocket..

does that seem fine? This was after applying a 1000 graduate program incentive which I plan on actually switching that one for the corporate fleet program which is 1500 and drops the MF by .0002
