'08 Lexus RX 350 vs '12 Nissan Murano

I have the opportunity to buy either a 08 Lexus RX 350 w/ 100k miles, or a 2012 Nissan Murano w/ 80k miles for the same price. What would you do?

Background:
Most important thing to me is long-term reliability (i.e. low maintenance). We drive our cars until we can't drive them any more. (I still drive an '01 Toyota Camry that runs great.)

This will be our family car. Approx 10k miles/year.

I'd take the Toyota over the Nissan, assuming they are similarly priced. Muranos aren't famous for being reliable.
