Terming out early of current MDX Tech (2014) lease and rolling into a new 2016: Northern NJ

Hi there - we are considering rolling out of our lease about 3mths early into a new Tech MDX. Any general advice? I still want to negotiate for the best deal, so in Northern NJ for a 3yr, 12K/yr lease and as a repeat customer, should I be asking for any extras, what do you reckon the residual, MF, and other major factors should be? Sorry, I'm a bit of a rookie here...

How can you be a rookie if you already have a lease?

The MF and residual for the MDX with Tech is .00020 and 56%. There is also $1000 lease cash available.

Regarding the early termination of your existing lease, your car has a payoff value (call AFS for that number) and a trade in value (take your car to CarMax, if one is close, for an estimate). That way, you'll know if you have positive or negative equity.

Knowledge is power .. the more knowledge you have, the better position you are in when making a deal.
